About Us

Alban A. Zeka is a certified expert in Project Management (PMP®) and Agile Practices (PMI-ACP®), with extensive experience in education, organizational development, and digital transformation. He is the founder of the organization Me Dhe Për Kosovën and its affiliated NGOs, which are committed to addressing critical issues such as children’s rights, gender equality, economic development, environmental protection, and social inclusion.

In addition to his civil society engagement, Alban is the founder of several ventures, including Easy Learning Institution (an education center for international certifications and testing), Matematick (an online mathematics learning platform), and Glocal Trades (a company focused on the trade of agricultural products).

As an instructor and content creator, he is dedicated to empowering professionals and organizations through quality education and digital content, aiming to build a more capable, conscious, and sustainable community in Kosovo and beyond.

Beyzanur Dogan is an expert in portfolio management and international education development. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word in Texas, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Ege University in Izmir, Turkey.

Based in Chicago, together with Alban A. Zeka, she co-founded Matematick, a platform that helps students around the world enhance their math skills through a digital and cross-cultural teaching approach.

Beyza is also an active board member of Me Dhe Për Kosovën and its affiliated organizations, where she contributes her experience and expertise in the strategic management of development initiatives.

She currently works as a Data & CRM Analytics Specialist at hellocare.ai.

Arbër A. Zeka është një profesionist i diplomuar në fushën e marketingut dhe ndërmarrësisë, me përvojë të gjerë në media, edukim dhe menaxhim projektesh. Ai është autor dhe drejtues i emisionit të njohur për të rinjtë “N’ZA” në Radio Televizionin e Kosovës (RTK), ku sjell në fokus temat më të rëndësishme për rininë dhe shoqërinë kosovare.

Aktualisht, Arbër Zeka është i angazhuar si Menaxher i Prodhimit në Marketing në Easy Learning Institution, ku kontribuon në zhvillimin dhe promovimin e përmbajtjes edukative.

Si anëtar i bordit të organizatës “Me Dhe Për Kosovën” dhe nën-organizatave të saj, ai ofron ekspertizën e tij si Menaxher i Projekteve, duke u angazhuar për zgjidhje kreative dhe të qëndrueshme për sfidat shoqërore. Ai njihet për aftësitë e tij udhëheqëse, komunikuese dhe përkushtimin ndaj kauzave të rëndësishme për vendin.
